Revelers gathering strength before the gift opening!

We had a great time. It was really wonderful how everyone gave us so many terrific things
for Paul. We are so very grateful not just for the gifts, but for the tremendous sense
of family you all provide to us. Thank you most sincerely!

I especially want to thank my family in Cincinnati for all the beautiful and thoughtful things you sent to us, even though you couldn't be here with us. Thank you Laura, Sarah, Ryan, Sean, George, Margaret, Janice, Lovell, Daniel and Jeremy. You were all missed.

 Bobby really did a wonderful job organizing the day, from the hand-made invitations to this fabulous cake. It had strawberries and bananas inside, with whipped cream icing! Dad and I will be enjoying the leftovers for days!

So, we had to try out all the cool stuff!
We have a few more things to get to make
Paul's room complete. We still aren't sure
what rocker we will get. Oh well, I am sure
we'll figure out something.

Naomi (pictured with Maria) is our
most incredible neighbor. She and John
will be moving soon and we will surely
miss them, but we didn't miss her today!
