Quiet time at last!

Post holidays finds us back home, enjoying Paul's walking skills and the winter weather.

Paul just loves Grandpa's cane.

Now that he's been walking for a month,
we usually just see a blur as he 
toddles around the house.

This was Paul's first snowstorm of more than a trace amount of snow.

Overnight left us with about 4 inches.

So, we finally got to try out Paul's 
1st Christmas sled!

The snow was a little sticky,
but we all enjoyed it anyway.

Paul has now been drinking from a sippy cup.
He will only drink water. No milk or juice.

Here's Paul playing with his new blocks.

While these sounded great, his pitching arm helped us decide to shelve these babies for a while.

I think we got more snow between this sled ride and the ones depicted above.

There's a little hill in the front yard.

Paul liked the riding around.

This sled is great for pulling him around, but...

We had to get out a real sled for some downhill!

Paul really liked the snow and he is very much into being outdoors. Maria and I love it too.

Next stop: Paul's second birthday!
