What's New

The cleanup has begun

Big yard, big trees...big job!

I have never seen a child who loved the outdoors as much as Paul does.

I think Paul should be the poster child for the Discovery Channel, because they share the same motto: "Explore Your World".

Of course, all explorers sometimes have trouble. Here the Burberry bush is being a bit testy.

OK, enough of the stickery thingy, what's next?

Ah yes, a little Mosh Pit practice in the leafy wheelbarrow!.

But, there's nothing like a retreat
into Mama's arms.

The wheelbarrow didn't really work out. The old rake and tarp was the ultimate technique.

Here we have yet another yard sale find: the closable sand box. I had actually forgotten how nice play sand is. So pristine.

.

Supposedly when you close the lid it
keeps out rain and cats. Let's hope so!

There's nothing like running your
fingers through fine, clear sand.

"Come on, Daddy, join in the fun!"

Paul just loves his sunglasses.

He can't quite get them on by himself, but he can yank them off like a movie star.

I think he had been painting
prior to these shots.

He did master the art of sliding them
up on his head and back down.

He we are on Thanksgiving Day.
Macy's parade is on the TV.

This was at the tree lighting in Denville, NJ.
It was pretty chilly.

Here are the Nowacki's: Zbigniew, Anna,
Joseph and Jacob (held). We are lucky
enough to have them as neighbors.

They had just lit the tree.

They also had a Santa's Workshop display.
Here Paul and Maria are watching the elves.

We next move into December!
