Will-Do presents:
Terrorbite 1999

Creators of Havoc
Getting ready: garage, pre-transformation

Every Halloween, Salem New Hampshire is transformed into the scariest place on Earth. Actually, it's always scary, but they admit it on Halloween ;-).

Jim Viau and his family, Donna, Bill, Jon and Ben, host Terrorbite, the best haunted house in the world. Here's the '99 version.

As always, click any image for a larger view.

Ghoul in a can
Ghoul in a can: take 1
This little cutie comes flying up out of a garbage can when you walk near it.

Ghoul in a can
Man, this thing is ugly!

This is my favorite!
Here's the Jim trying to steal a kiss.

Don't be afraid! She won't hurt you...much.

They make a nice couple, don't they?

Section II: OK, I'm in New Hampshire now and we'll be working like crazy
for the next three days, so here's what we're doing.

Here's the soon-to-be web design station at Terrorbite.

Day 1: 10/29/99

The first message we give attendees is an important public service announcement: "Don't drink and fly".

Here's the proprietor working hard.

Approaching the entrance.

Ah yes, Our Damsel of Desire will greet Halloweeners.

The Sarcophagus room has an Egyptian theme, as you can see. (Complete with Egyptian slave laborer on the ladder ;-)

We will also have a "live" mummy!
This guy should be a poster child for Band-Aid.

"Here, let me help with that candy bag!"

This section has a surprise!

"Remember, this is a four-hour mission."

Here's a transition area into the graveyard.

This fence is some of my best work ;-)

Here's a neat trick: graveyard gives up its dead!

Jim donated his car from High School for the cause. Just be careful with the paint.

OK, two more days to go. No problem, right?

Yeah, no pro-...Zzzz.

We like to think the kids come for the scares, but here's the real real.

What? No, I was just, uh, mixing it up!
Yeah, that's right.

Section III: 10/30

Waking up here around Halloween
is an interesting experience.

I did do other things besides this page. ;-)

Here's Jim putting the finishing touches on the transformation effect.

Donna's dad was great. Here's the exit door.

Bob Taylor also was an essential participant.
(He's the one on the right)
